Fees are to be paid on a subscription basis, meaning you pay the same amount regardless of how many sessions you attend within that month. This includes any closures of the gym due staff shortages or illnesses. Fees are based on a 37-week year but split over 12 months. Any holiday sessions will be “pay as you go” extras, on top of regular fees as timetables will change during school holidays. If fees are not kept up to date, your gymnast will be asked to leave. Any regular Non-Attendance without communication will also result in your gymnast losing their space. If your gymnast wishes to leave please inform us via email and your subscription will be cancelled.

If we are to need to close the gym for a prolonged period of time, for example, another COVID lockdown, fees will be suspended and places will be held.

Drop Off/Pick up –Gymnasts should not enter the building until a coach has called them in, even if the front door is open. Adults will be allowed to enter the gym should they wish to speak to a coach or make any merchandise purchases. Adults are not to stay for the duration of sessions. All gymnasts under 11 should be picked up from the gate. Once gymnasts are aged 11+, they will be allowed to leave the venue unaccompanied. Make sure your gymnast is aware of collection arrangements.

Gymnasts – Should come to class ready to train. Shoes that are easy to take off and put on like sliders, crocs or wellies are best. They should be dressed appropriately, preferably in a leotard. They should have their hair tied up and any jewellery removed or taped up.

First Aid – Where possible, gymnasts will be encouraged to treat themselves i.e plasters, ice packs etc. In more serious circumstances First Aid will be performed by coaches. Parents will be informed of any treatments.

Chalk – If a gymnast wishes to use chalk whilst on equipment, they must provide their own from home. It should be kept in a sealed box, clearly marked with their name. Handguards or supports should be washed regularly at home. Please note that chalk and handguards are only recommended for complex skills, therefore it is not necessary for fundamental gymnasts to have these at class.

COVID-19 - Government Guidance must be strictly adhered to. If your gymnast has a positive test, please do not attend classes and follow government guidance.

Correspondence – All information will be sent via email from the class4kids system so please make sure you have notifications on for this. This will include information on clothing orders, term times and any events that may take place and any class cancellations. It is important that all contact information is up to date, if there are any changes to your details, please amend them on your profile immediately.
